Request for Service Project Approval Form

If the event IS on SaintsServe:

1. Sign up with the agency/non-profit
2. Download and Print: Individual Volunteer Timesheet
3. Attend event (Don't forget to get your Timesheet signed by the Site Supervisor)
4. Either Add Impact or Edit Impact

If the event is NOT on SaintsServe:

1. Submit the Project Approval Form
2. Once you receive the approval email: Download and Print: Individual Volunteer Timesheet
3. Attend event (Don't forget to get your Timesheet signed by the Site Supervisor)
4. Add Impact
